DANCE FITNESS CLASS
What is Dance Fitness Class?
Dance Fitness Dance Class that you will learn the basic movements and concepts of salsa, reggaeton, merengue, bachata, and pop and train like a true dancer in our dance classes, while enjoying the cardiovascular and body-shaping benefits of a dynamic workout in our dance fitness classes.

In both classes you will improve your body movements and technique, while adding new dance moves and styles to your repertoire.
